Wanted to let you know what a great job your service tech Rhys did for us today. He called to say he would arrive in 45mins which he did. Rhys asked if we could start at the furnce because he wanted to check the filter which he changed for me, I found out that I was using the wrong filter for the furnce, Rhys explained to me why. He then asked if we could checked the thermostat no problems there, we then went outside to the heatpump and this is where Rhys found that the 45/5 Cap had stopped working. Rhys also explained to me what and why he was doing the things he did. You should do everything you can to hold onto this tech he is good for you business. I've been a service manager for 34yrs and I told him that I know he was working backwards looking for the smaller issues before hitting on the more larger issues. Rhys could have come right in and went right to the fan motor that I thought was the issue. BUT HE TOOK THE TIME TO WORK BACKWORDS and repair the smaller less expensive part. For this my hat is off to Rhys and WeatherKing. I will always recommend WeatherKing as long as you have techs like Rhys.
